With over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources roles, Jessica Riad-Wallace has a demonstrated history of supporting organizational initiatives and delivering results.
As a Human Resources Manager, she provides in-depth expertise, advice, and coaching on complex HR issues, employee relations, organizational effectiveness and supports the development and delivery of HR programs. She is responsible for leading Absorb’s client-facing HR people and programs, including those responsible for attracting, recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining all employees in a fast-paced global organization.
Pamela Easterbrook has been the Product Manager for Absorb’s reporting team for 2 years. She is responsible for delivering client value through Absorb LMS reporting improvements and other features such as Observation Checklists which supports on-the-job training. She is highly focused on delivering high quality, user experience-focused features to Absorb clients.
Prior to working at Absorb, Pamela worked for a large enterprise organization and contributed to many of their strategic initiatives; from Compliance driven projects to new Product Launches and everything in between.
